RunRecruits is a company built to make athletes more accessible to college track and field coaches. This accessibility helps the athlete gain the much needed exposure required to gain an athletic scholarship.
RunRecruits is owned and operated by Mark Lattimore, who began his coaching career at Case Western Reserve University as an assistant track and field coach. He has coaching and recruiting experience at the division 2, 3 and NAIA level. During his time coaching in college, one of the most important parts of his job was recruiting student athletes. Not only did he evaluate students athletically, but he worked with Admission officers looking at the prospects' academic viability. Mark holds a Bachelors of Arts and Science (Psychology) from The University of Akron where he ran on the track and field team. He also competed on the professional level as a semi-finalist at the USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships.
RunRecruits helps athletes by filling out an initial academic and athletic evaluation form that helps match these student athletes with potential schools. RunRecruits will provide assistance and guidance in selecting schools, contacting coaches, preparing for visits and in seeking and securing athletic scholarship money.
