WHEN: SATURDAY AUGUST 23, 2008

WHERE: NORTHMOR HIGH SCHOOL, 5353 County Road 29, Galion, Ohio 44833.
From the intersection of I-71 and HY 95 (Exit 151) Go Northwest on HY 95
1.8 miles. Turn Right (north) on County Road 20. Go north 4.5 miles to US 42.
Turn Right (northeast) on US 42. Go 100-200 yards to HY 19. Turn left
(northwest) on HY 19. Go 5.4 miles to County Road 29. Turn right (east).
School is one block on left.

PARKING: Attendants will direct buses, cars and handicapped parking. Parking will be free. There will be no admission charge for spectators.

RACE DETAILS: 2008 season-opener for outstanding Cross Country programs from Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.

COACHES: Please submit your rosters to BrianLieburn@sbcglobal.net.The deadline to submit Rosters is 5:00 PM Wed. August 20. Roster information to include
first & last name of each runner, grade, and the race they will be running.

GOAL: To have great races in an environment of sportsmanship for everyone
involved. There will be no awards but individual performances will be
recognized after the Pot-luck cookout.

RACES:
10:00am Freshman Race
10:25am Varsity Race
10:45am 19:30 & faster Open Race
11:25am 19:30 & over Open Race

CONCESSIONS: THERE WILL BE NO OPEN CONCESSIONS. Water and Gatorade will be provided for the athletes. Spectators should bring their own drinks. Hot Summer Bash T-Shirts will be for sale.

POTLUCK COOKOUT: There will be a potluck cookout for runners and spectators
WHAT TO BRING: Potluck suggestions for each team.
EACH CC TEAM - Hotdogs, buns, plates and drinks for their team and spectators.
SENIORS - Pretzels, chips, popcorn, etc.
JUNIORS
