NBNI Boys- Who from Ohio Can Win?

BOYS MILE

Just like the 2 Mile, this one is really up for grabs.  Can Hudson's Gavin Gaynor win it?  Another, Absolutely. Expect the first 800 to be fast.  At or under 2:05.  This should be good for Gaynor.  He has good 800 speed with a 1:54.61.  Affolder has run 1:56.38.  The runner to watch out for if the pace is slow however, is Hoey, who has run 1:53.47 indoors this season.  Don't expect Gaynor to lead.  He needs to be patient, run his pace and remain in control.  No one is going to have a big lead going into the last 400.  If he's in it with 400 to go, he's done strength, speed and pace work and it just may be his race to win.  Another exciting race to watch.
