Jr. Dakari Carter of Streetsboro has turned into one of the best sprinters in the State.  As a freshman he was ranked 2nd in his class in the 100 with a 10.71 and 1st in his class in the 200 with a 21.86.  In 2015, he won the D2 State 100 with a time of 10.55 and was ranked #1 in his class.  In the 200 in 2015, he was ranked #1 again.  He also had a #2 ranking in the 400 in 2015 with a 51.02.  So far in 2016, he is ranked 9th in the 100 in his class.  (photo Chris Greene D2 Sate 100m finals)
