In the girl's sprints, the question is will the 2-time 60m and 200m Indoor D1 champion, Jr. Abby Steiner of Dublin Coffman, be healthy enough to defend her indoor titles. At the end of July she was attending a National Team training camp for soccer in Portland, OR, and ended up tearing her ACL. She went through surgery in early August and is currently going through successful rehab. She is doing very well mentally and is right on track for a complete recovery and will definitely be ready to go outdoors. It is a bit early however in her rehabilitation process, to project if she will be back in time for indoor. She has set herself goals to make it back as early and as healthy as possible.
