Rayana Burns won the 200m race at the SCOL Championships with her time of 25.65.
The South Central Ohio League Championships were hosted by Hillsboro High School and MileSplit Ohio was in attendance to observe the exciting track and field action that took place.
In the distance events, Brandon Underwood of Washington-Court House High School won the 800m with his time of 2:02.00 and Jacob Whitaker of Clinton-Massie High School claimed 1st place in the 1600m with his 4:40.88 effort. In 3200m action, Wilmington's Simon Heys recorded a time of 10:27.13 to take the win.

Hillsboro High School teammates Jeremy Hayton and Austin Goolsby captured wins in the field events, as Hayton cleared 6-04 to finish 1st in the High Jump and Goolsby vaulted 15-00 take top honors in the Pole Vault. Austin Goolsby also won the Long Jump competition with his jump of 21-06.50.

Wes Seyfang of Miami Trace High School won the Shot Put event with his throw of 45-07 and he also finished 1st in the Discus competition with his throw of 136-02.

McClain's Landree Grey won the 300m hurdles event with his time of 42.16 and in team relay competition, Miami Trace High School finished 1st in the 4 x 200m with their 1:33.79 result.

Drake Litteral ran the anchor leg for Miami Trace HS during their 4 x 200m relay race win.
Rayana Burns of Washington-Court House High School was a force at the South Central Ohio League Championships as she won four events! Burns won the 100m, 200m and 400m races in times of 12.59, 25.65 and 57.69 respectively. She also claimed 1st place in the High Jump event with her jump of 4-10. Rayana Burns' 400m time represents an Ohio #11 for the outdoor season.

Laikin Tarlton of Chillicothe High School took the win in the 800m race in 2:30.22 and she also finished 1st in the 3200m event with her 11:45.88 result. McClain's Chayden Pitzer also secured two wins at the South Central Ohio League Championships. Pitzer won the 100m hurdles in 15.57 and the 300m hurdles in 47.45. Patience Chowning of Clinton-Massie High School finished 1st in the 1600m race with her 5:14.74 effort.

Jaelyn Mason of Washington-Court House High School won the Pole Vault competition with her vault of 9-00 and Courtney Gibson of Clinton-Massie High School took 1st place in the Long Jump event with her jump of 15-08.
