MileSplit Ohio was in attendance to cover the track and field action at the Division 2 District - Washington-Court House meet which took place on May 16th and 20th.
Drake Litteral of Miami Trace High School won the 100m in 11.02 and he also took the 200m race win with his 22.25 result. Jackson's Blake McCoy captured the win in the 300m hurdles event with his time of 40.41.
Kieffer Mosmeier of Logan Elm High School won the 1600m race in a time of 4:20.54 and he also finished 1st in the 3200m event with his 9:55.49 result. Waverly's Tanner Jennings took the 400m race win with his 51.32 effort.
Hillsboro's Jeremy Hayton won the High Jump event with his jump of 6-04 and Austin Goolsby of Hillsboro High School took 1st place in the Pole Vault competition with his vault of 15-06. Goolsby also won the Long Jump event with his jump of 22-06.
Rayana Burns of Washington-Court House High School collected three wins at the Division 2 District - Washington-Court House meet. Burns recorded 1st place times of 12.71 in the 100m, 25.49 in the 200m and 58.32 in the 400m.
Alex Evans of Unioto High School won the 1600m race in a time of 5:17.53 and she also took 1st place in the 3200m event with her 11:50.70 effort. Circleville's Bryce DeLong won the 800m race with her 2:23.29 result.
