Taylor Ewert took 4th place at the Nike Cross Nationals Midwest Regional meet.
Congratulations to Ohio's Taylor Ewert for earning one of the automatic qualifying spots to the upcoming Nike Cross Nationals in Portland! Ewert made herself eligible for this prestigious meet by finishing 4th at this past weekend's NXN Midwest Regional in Indiana.
Ewert posted an impressive time of 17:44.20 in less than ideal conditions on the Lavern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute. Ewert, who was the 18th ranked sophomore athlete in the country during the high school season, ran under the 18 minute standard for the fifth time this season.
