On Saturday, the Mid-East Cross Country Championships committee released the men's and women's rosters who will represent Team Ohio at the 2024 edition of the meet, which is scheduled for November 16th at Indian Riffle Park in Kettering.
The women's race is scheduled for 11:00 am with the men slated for an 11:30 am start time. Following the competition, there will be a banquet for all athletes, coaches and officials at 12:30 pm. The day will wrap up with the awards ceremony beginning at 1:00 pm.
Prior to the commencement of the racing, on Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Marriott, Columbus Airport, a day of education will be provided with the XC Coaches Clinic.
The OATCCC sponsored annual seniors only clash will feature visiting squads this year from Team Michigan and Team Indiana.
The MileSplit crew will be on the grounds for detailed meet coverage.
At the 2023 Championships, it was Team Michigan winning both the men's and women's races. Individually, Ohio's Weston Day and Reese Landis produced 1st place finishes.
