Giovanni Copploe continued his excellent 2018 cross country season on Saturday by winning the varsity division race at the Strongsville Invitational with his time of 15:57.80.
The Canfield senior has collected four victories in five starts and he's currently ranked sixteenth in the state due to his 15:46.50 first place effort at the Tiffin Cross Country Carnival on September 8th.
Copploe, who also excels on the track, has competed at the last two DI OHSAA State Championship meets.
