Maplewood is set to host the Legends Meet, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds in Cortland.
At last year's meet, Ryan Adkins claimed fourth place in the Large School Division race due to his 16:08.80 clocking. Then a junior, Adkins was the first non-senior to cross the line.
During the 2018 cross country season, the Twinsburg athlete has collected six top 10 finishes in six starts, including a win at the Run Comet Run Invite back in August.
