(GlenOak's Thomas Rice recorded a personal best 9:05.46 mark to secure the 3200m state title in Division I)

We've broken down the top ranked eligible returners (current freshmen, sophomores and juniors) for the 2023 state meets both through an overall listing and by divisional alignment based on their work from this past weekend at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
With having to advance through the rigorous district and regional rounds of the postseason tournament not to mention the need to remain injury-free, there are no guarantees but with that pointed out we expect to see many of the noted competitors return for next year's edition of the State Championship meets.
View below and on the following pages the top ranked athletes (with removal of the members of the 2022 graduating class).
