This Week's Nominees:
Justin Evans, Little Miami (Ohio): Clocked 9:43.35 to win the 3200 at the Anderson Invitational, taking down a field of 60 runners.
Kelsie Snapp, Bellefontaine (Ohio): Won the discus at the Redskin Relays with a throw of 150-7, leading all throwers this week. Also captured the shot put at the Logan County HS Invitational with a mark of 36-6.5.
Taylor Brownsword, Mass. Jackson (Ohio): Cleared 5-8 to win the high jump at the Federal League meet against McKinley, posting the top mark among all competitors this week.
Emerson Karrenbauer, Mass. Perry (Ohio): Swept the sprints at the Stark County Championships with times of 11.92 in the 100, a state-leading 24.46 in the 200, and 59.17 in the 400. Won all three events while posting the week's fastest 100 time statewide.
Saniya Taylor, Lak. West (Ohio): The top junior in the state ran 24.66 to win the 200 at the Lakota West Invitational, then doubled back to capture the 400 in 57.39.
