1. Log into the system as you.
2. Go to the meet page and click the green Enter Online button.
3. The page you get says you're already entered, but click on the blue View/Edit entry link. That will take you to the meet entries page.
4. All of the entries you see on the page are girls (or vice versa) entries, so you need to click on the blue Edit Divisions Entered link on the right. Then click on the blue Enter link for the male division(or vice versa). That will open up the male entries. Then you can proceed to enter athletes into the events

BGSU Campus Map / Campus Information
Facility: 200 meter Chemturf Track (Flat) with 6 lanes on the oval and 8 lanes in the home straightaway. Throwing rings are plywood. Spikes may not exceed inch (no needle spikes). Shower facilities are available but limited. No linens will be provided.
Facility Rules: BGSU is not responsible for lost or stolen items. No gum or sunflower seeds. No spikes are allowed on the infield, lobby, or spectator areas. Areas that are roped off are for your protection; they are to be avoided at all times unless you are in that designated area for competition. No balls, Frisbees, etc. are permitted.
Parking: Buses, spectators and any vehicles used to transport teams will be able to park free of charge in the parking lot surrounding Perry Fieldhouse. Buses must use the north end of the lot.
Entries: All entries are made at: www.finishtiming.com
Deadline: Entries will be closed on Wednesday, March 6th at 9:00 pm. No additions will be allowed after that point or on the day of the meet.
Format: This is an open meet for high school athletes ONLY. It is a qualifier for the OATCCC State Indoor Meet and will follow the same meet schedule.
Entry Limitations: Entries are limited to 4 events per athlete, including relays. Teams are also restricted to 1 relay team per relay event.
Warm-up Area: The turf building at Perry Fieldhouse will be available as a warm-up area for the meet. No spikes are permitted on the turf field, except in the high jump competition (limit 1/4" spikes).
Concessions: Food and refreshments will be sold during the meet and only permitted in the designated areas.
Entry Fee: $200 per team, per gender, or $10 per individual for 2 events. $5 per event for each additional event (up to a total of 4 events per athlete, totaling $20). Checks should be made payable to Bowling Green Track and Field at the time of packet pick-up. mReceipts will be issued for both cash and check payments. Team packets MUST be picked-up and paid for in their entirety at the same time. The entrant is responsible for full payment regardless of the number of events actually competed in.
Packet Pickup/Payment: Packet pickup will begin at 10:30 am. Enter through the main entrance to Perry Fieldhouse and proceed to the turf room to the corresponding table to check in and pay entry fees.
Wrist Bands/Check-in: All competing athletes are required to wear the wristband provided to them through packet pick-up/payment. Athletes MUST be wearing their wristband and check-in at the clerking table in the south-east corner of the turf room to compete. Check in details will be available at packet-pick-up.
Heat Sheets/Results: Heat sheets will be included in team packets. They will also be posted at www.finishtiming.com as well as BG Track & Field. Results will be posted live through www.finishtiming.com as well as on site at Perry Fieldhouse.
Training Room: BGSU will have a trainer on site to handle emergency situations only. Each school should bring their own trainer for all of their treatment needs
Implements: Implements will be certified inside the turf room in Perry Fieldhouse from 10:30am to 11:30am.
Other Notes: Blocks will be provided by BGSU. Field events will not be delayed for athletes leaving for a running event.
Admission/T-Shirts: Spectator admission will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for non-BGSU students with ID. BGSU students with ID and Children under 10 are admitted free. T-shirts will be available at the Perry Field House for $15.00.
