Athletes registering for this meet are automatically registered for both the Shot Put and Weight Throw events. The Price is $50 per athlete. Only the first 15 athletes per gender will be allowed to register.

Signing up for this meet includes a morning practice session lead by the coaches of Tiffin University and members of the track team. Participation in the practice session is optional. A box lunch will be provided and each athlete will receive a T-shirt at no additional charge. Only one parent or coach is permitted to attend the meet with the athletes.

10am Check-In, Give T-Shirt

10:15am- Open throws session Shot/Weight (Optional) Instruction available upon request.

11:30am- Box Lunch Provided (Pass out, Spread out in Stands to eat)

12pm- Throws Competition Warm-Ups (Mens Weight/ Womens Shot)

12:15pm- Comp Begins (Mens Weight/ Womens Shot)

1:15pm- Genders Switch Events

2:15pm Throws Extravaganza Concludes, Sanitization begins.
