Northmont High School/Middle School Campus: 4916 W. National Rd, Clayton, OH 45315.

8:00am - Middle School Girls -2 miles (unlimited participants)
8:30am- Middle School Boys -2 miles (unlimited participants)
9:00am- High School Girls Varsity/JV(unlimited participants)
9:40am- High School Boys Varsity (Limited to 10 Athletes)
10:20am- High School Boys JV(unlimited participants)- IF NECESSARY otherwise will race in 9:40am race

Entry Fee:
High School Girls - $100 High School Boys- $100 Middle School Girls - $75 Middle School Boys- $75
TIMING / CONTRACTS - Finish Timing/Cant Stop Running (online entry, information, etc.) & Arbiter (contracts)
Timing:
Timing will be provided by Cant Stop Timing. Online entries will be completed on milesplit, and live results will be posted on www.live.finishtiming.com ALL ENTRIES NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY
AUG 25th 9:00pm
Team Packets:
Coaches can pick up their team packets with: chips, bibs, course maps, racing schedule, and
important information in the Lightening Lounge located inside the stadium next to the finish line.
Coaches Wristbands: Wristbands will give you access to the football field during the races. You will have 4 in your packet if you need more please come to the Hospitality area and we will give you more. Please these are for coaches only.
Course:
The course starts outside of our stadium and is very spectator friendly. The course is composed of various types of terrain including hills, woods, and a creek crossing in each mile. For the high school race, the mile and two mile are within 25 meters of each other. The race ends on the track for both high school and middle school races. Spikes will need to be 1/4 inch or less. 3/8inch spikes are allowed if shoes are recessed.
Team Camps:
Team Camps can be outside the stadium near the start line in the designated area. You can also set up team camps inside the stadium in the blacktop area of the visitor stands, or underneath the homestands. No Camps in the Softball fields
Awards:
Team Awards: Team Champion, and Runner up will receive a team trophy in the MS Races and Varsity Races
Individual Awards: Top 25 Individuals will earn medals in MS and Varsity Races. Top 10 in the High School JV Races
Individual awards will be given as they finish the race and team awards will be given out 20 minutes after each race.
Coaches Hospitality:
There will be a Coaches Hospitality located in the Lightning Lounge provided by the Northmont Cross Country Boosters.
T-Shirts:
T-Shirts will be $15 and available outside the stadium near the team camps
Concessions:
There will be food, snacks and drinks available for purchase for athletes and spectators..
Parking:
Parking will be on Northmont High School Campus and there will be a Parking Fee of $10 per. Tickets must be purchased in advance.You will only need one ticket per car. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the following link.https://northmontathletics.com/partner/28/event/282/buy-tickets
Bus Parking:
Buses will drop off athletes by the Varsity Softball field near the start line and then park in the Bus Parking lot between the High School and Middle School
