7th Annual Greene County Track & Field Invitational
Location: Beavercreek High School Stadium

Dates & Times: Thursday April 20, 2023 - Coaches Meeting 4:45
Field Events 5:00 & Running Events 6:00
Gate Entrance: 4:00 for Teams & 4:30 for Spectators. Camps should be set up in the away side bleachers. No camps on the home side please.
We are having Senior Night from 4 pm till 4:45 . We ask that athletes do not run on the home side of the track or be on the turf during that time.
Teams: Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Cedarville, Fairborn, Greeneview, Legacy Christian,
Xenia, Yellow Springs
Tickets: Are ALL ONLINE. Please ask spectators to purchase tickets prior to arrival at:

Trainer: A Trainer will be on-site. We will have water jugs so athletes can fill up their water bottles
Concessions: We will have our concession stand open with all types of food.
Coaches Hospitality Area : We will have food/drinks for all coaches. Food will be located at the concession stand that is located across from the finish line.
Facility: Eight lane 400-meter All-Weather surface. There are no locker room/dressing
facilities, restrooms are available at the concession stand near the finish line area.
Bus Parking: Buses can park anywhere on campus but the most convenient location to drop your athletes off to the stadium will be behind the West home side stands/pressbox. Athletes will be able to enter the stadium at the gate near the Coaches Hospitality concession stand.
That gate will NOT be used for spectators. Spectators will have to entry the stadium via the ticket gate at the South endzone.
Scoring: Eight places will be scored: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (Ties - See OHSAA Manual)
Awards: Individual Awards for top 3 in each event, 1st & 2nd Place team trophy
Medals should be picked up at the press box at the end of the meet
