Wayne Metric Relays HS/MS **CANCELLED for 2024** 2024

We've added HS 3000m open (2 athletes) this year, and took out 400-200-200-400 and replaced with 4x400 relay. running events will begin 10 am this year not 10:30 am.

Dear Coach/Athletic Director; 

Thank you for accepting our invitation to compete at our 3rd  annual Wayne Metric Relays.This meet is a High School and Middle School  meet, which will be contested on March 25^th, 2023.Team fee is $325 per team, understand that High School is $325 and Middle School is $325.Please return payment by March  15th ,2023.

This is a nice early relay meet where you will be able to run your athletes and get early times for your runners as well.This is not a conventional relay meet, as we created some different races.The idea was to get as many people to compete and introduce some new events to all.We do have the Finishtiming doing our meet and will have results posted after every event and later on our school website, oh.milesplit.com and www.finishtiming.com.   You will be able to enter 1 relay per event, but in the field events, you can enter 2 per event for Middle school and 2per event for High School, HOWEVER, the throwers can enter 4 per eventfor both middle school and high school. (due to the throwers relay) Entries will be done on www.oh.milesplit.com Please take the time and make sure your coaches update your roster, and to familiarize yourself with that site.Contact Mike Chatfield, webmaster of the site at mike@finishtiming.com if you have any questions.   

Awards - Top 6 will receive awards, (medals 1^st-3^rd place, ribbons 4^th to 6^th) Team trophies will go to top 

two teams, then a combined trophy for highest Total team for HS and MS points combined..

 Field Events will start at 9:30 for field events  and running Finals at 10:00 a.m..There will be a coaches meeting at 9:15 a.m. in the coaches football locker room.
