3rd Annual Ned Weingart Jr. High Track Meet - Cleveland Heights High School

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Ned Weingart Jr. High track meet. This year's event will be
held on Thursday, April 4th at Cleveland Heights High School. It will be an FAT timed meet,
allowing times to be eligible for the Middle School State Championship meet.
If you have not registered yet, Weingart Jr now requires a password for registration as we are nearing capacity. Please email us at chuhcrosscountry@gmail.org or reach out to Coach McNulty who will share the password below.

Scoring: 8 places scored (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)
Trophies: Trophies awarded to the top 2 teams per gender. Medals awarded to the top 3
placers per event.
Entry fee: $200 per team (boys and girls counted as separate teams.) Payable via MileSplit at entry or Make checks payable to:

Entries: 2 athletes per individual event; 1 team per relay event

Team camps: Team camps may be set up in the open parking area located in the Northwest
area of the stadium (see map - camp area is denoted by Blue rectangles). The visitor stands will also be available for visiting teams (please no tents in the stands).
Bathroom & Gym Access: there are several portable restrooms located under the home
bleachers. Additionally, athletes will have access to the bathrooms and gym to stay warm.
These are accessible through door 8.
Admission: Entrance to the track is on Lee Rd under the bleachers and adjacent to the parking
lot. There will be a $8 fee per spectator. Online advanced purchase available here: www.heights.run
T-shirts: We will sell commemorative Weingart Relay T-shirts for $20 (short sleeved, dri-fit
material). Supplies are limited. Cash or credit card options available.
Concessions/Hospitality room: We will sell concessions (cash preferred) and provide a
hospitality room for coaches.
Parking: Parking is very limited at the high school. School parking near the baseball field will be by donation to the Heights Running Boosters. Please try the lot on the side streets or the large free lot across Cedar behind the Cedar Lee Theatre at the southwest corner of Cedar & Lee). Please tell your families to arrive with enough time to walk to the track, entrance to which is on Lee Rd under the bleachers or adjacent to the school for entrance options.
