Meet Information
Athletic Directors and Coaches:
On April 5th, 2024,
Chesapeake High School will host the Prolube Oil Invitational sponsored by the Chesapeake- Prolube Oil of South Point OH. Your team should receive an invite through Milesplit meet manager to register. Entries will be submitted via Milesplit.com and are due by 3 PM April 5th.
Entry Fee: $50.00 per team- $100 per school. Checks should be made payable to Chesapeake High School
Start Time: Field events will begin at 5:30 PM followed by running events beginning at 6:30 PM. There will be a coaches meeting at 5:00. No scratch meeting changes can be made online till 1 pm
Scoring: Eight places will be scored in all events with scoring as follows: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
Awards: Ribbons will be awarded to the top 8 finishers in each event. Team and runner-up trophies as well as a High Point award will be given.
T-Shirts will be given to first place finishers. If someone finishes first in multiple events they will only get one shirt.
Timing: All timing will be done with FAT, therefore we will not run prelims in any events.
