Schedule 8:00 am Gates open.
9:00 am Head Coaches' meeting at pole barn in the NE corner.

Facility: 8 - 42" lane "Poly-Tan" all-weather track and field. (1/4" max. track spikes)
Exception: Shot and discus pads are concrete. (no spikes)
No locker rooms available (come dressed for the meet).
Trainer: Athletic trainer will be available to provide basic first aid only.
Admission: Adults $6.00; Students $3.00.
Concessions: Refreshment stand will be open through-out the meet.
T-shirts $12.00.
Programs $2.00.
Terms and Conditions:
Rules: All NFHS rules and OHSAA modifications apply.
Apparel shall conform to the NFHS rules and OHSAA and games committee's modifications.
All track events are relays (one 4 member team per school).
All events are modified open draw. (If possible, each school will start from a different lane in
each relay except the shuttle hurdles.)
Track events are listed in the order in which they will be run.
All field events are team events (one 3 member team per school).
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1. Results of each event and the team scores will be posted on the press box window.
We will try to have a printed copy at the conclusion of the meet. If not, results will be on oh.milesplit.us.
Awards: Immediately after each event, the top 3 placers (in full uniform) shall report to the awards stand
to receive their individual medals and then exit the west gate. The 4-8 placers shall exit the SW gate.
After the last event, packets with the 4th, 5th & 6th place ribbons, the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place
team trophies and coaches plaques will be presented.
General: No ipods or music.
Team camps on the east (visitors) side.
Restricted Area: Coaches and non-participants are not permitted in the Restricted Area. (See back cover of the program).
Restricted area consists of: Inside the fence around the track. Outside the roped off area for the shot put & discus throw.
Wireless communication devices and personal electronic equipment not permitted.
Only the following are permitted to enter:
Officials and authorized press.
Contestants who are: Reporting to the clerk or field event judge.
Warming-up in the outside lanes of the backstretch.
Warming-up for a field event during specified times.
When receiving their awards. Athletes should be wearing their uniform top & bottom.
Shot Put: 4 trials in shot. Be sure to have your implements checked and marked in the pole barn next to the throws area. (Boys 8:30 to 9:00 - Girls approx. 1:00 to 1:30).
Discus: 4 trials in Discus. No "common implements". No foreign material on the shoes or throwing surfaces.
Teammates are to retrieve the implements from outside the sector lines.
Only officials are permitted in the landing sector.
Long Jump: 4 trials in long jump. (Open pit - Boys 9:30 to 10:45 - Girls approx. 1:15 to 2:30)
Pole Vault: Boys pole vault heights: starts at 9' -10', up by 6".
Girls pole vault heights: starts at 6', - 7', up by 6".
High Jump: Boys high jump heights: 5',- 5' 6", up by 2".
Girls high jump heights: 4', - 4' 4", up by 2".
Your roster (list of contestants with first and last names and numbers) is to be entered on oh.milesplit.us or be faxed to us by 3:00 pm, Friday, April 16, 2010.
