Watch Live: Division 4 State Meet

- The top 16 declared athletes in each event from the top 30 performance lists in each Division qualify for the State Meet in their Division

- Races 200m and longer performed on a 200m track are converted to times as though they were performed on a banked or 300m track
Deadlines & Dates to Know
- Qualifying Meet Timeframe: 12/1/2024 - 2/23/2025 Performances count toward qualifying to the 2025 State Indoor Championship Meet (any meet in any state using MileSplit for meet registrations)
- Team Verification Window: 12/1/2024 - 2/15/2025 Verification must be completed by Athletic Director
- Final Top 30 Performance List Posting: 2/26/2025 Final Qualifying Performance List Posted on OHMileSplit.com
- Declaration Window: 2/26/2025 12noon - 2/28/2025 11:59pm Declaration and Registration Window Open. No declarations accepted after 2/28/2025. Print your declaration lists to confirm your submissions. Computer and internet connection issues are not an excuse for omitting a declaration. Print and save your confirmation!
- Scratch Window: The online scratch period opens on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 12:01AM (1 minute after midnight on Saturday) and closes on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 12:00NOON. The scratch period is only 12 hours long. It ends on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 12noon. No substitutions from the same team can be made. Scratching an entry allows the next declared entry in that event to move up into the final acceptance list for that event. This is not the next declared entry on that team but the next declared entry from any team in that same event. Once a scratch has been submitted, it cannot be undone.

- Entry Fees: Entry fees are due by Thursday, March 6th at 12noon. Entry fees must be paid starting Sunday, March 2, 2025. 2/29/2024 by 12noon. Entry fees must be paid online on OHMileSplit.com Do NOT pay until Sunday, March 2nd when the Final Acceptance Lists are posted. Click on the red REGISTRATION CLOSED - VIEW YOUR ENTRIES button then view your invoice to submit payment - the full invoice must be paid even if an athlete decides to not compete after being accepted into the meet.
- Relay Member Substitutions: Submissions of individual members of relay teams are due by 9am the day of the meet by clicking HERE
Qualifying Meets
- Any meet in any state using MileSplit as the registration and entry platform is an eligible meet to the 2025 OATCCC Indoor State Championship Meet. If you are not sure a meet uses MileSplit as the registration platform, contact the meet manager for that meet.
- The MileSplit registration platform does not have to be the OHMileSplit platform. It can be any state's MileSplit affiliate.
Teams Must Be Verified by the School's Athletic Director
- Only a school's AD can verify that a team is sponsored by the school district.
- On 12/2/2024, an email will be sent to every AD in Ohio with an Outdoor Track & Field team recognized by the OHSAA. A unique link to complete an online Verification Agreement Form will be in the email sent to the AD.
- If your AD did not received this email, please have them contact the Indoor State Meet Chair, Anjanette Whitman using the OATCCC contact form HERE
- The verification window is open 12/1/2024 - 2/15/2025

Meet Day Logistics
- Meet Location: SPIRE address: 5201 SPIRE Circle, Geneva, OH (Track & Field building is at the far East end of the property)
- Arrival Time: Doors open at 8:00am. Coaches & athletes enter at the North Entrance - coaches enter first to get coach & athlete credentials. Spectators enter at the South Entrance. Spectators are encouraged to purchase their online tickets before arriving to save time and use stronger internet service at home. No cash ticket sales.
- Free Entry for Coaches:Every coach who is an OATCCC member receives free entry into the meet
- Field Event Coaching Passes:Each team gets ONE on-field coaching pass per field event per gender of a team. (Example: 1 HJ girl, 2 SP boys = 2 on-field coaching passes). Only coaches with on-field coaching passes are permitted in the competition area. Once the field event concludes, coaches must exit the area. Only shot put and weight throw coaches are permitted on the infield during their athlete's competition.
- Team Camps:Team camps in the banquet area only - no team camps in the spectator stands
- Safety: Athletes cannot have any electronic devices in the competition area including phones, earbuds, headphones, etc. This is a safety issue. They will be removed from the competition area. Please respect this important rule and the people who enforce it.
All Coaches must be Members of the OATCCC
- In order to enter the 2025 Indoor State Meet as an official coach of a competing athlete, the coach must be a member of the OATCCC.
- OATCCC membership is good for ONE CALENDAR YEAR 1/1/2025-12/31/2025. You must join as a member anytime starting 1/1/2025. (Memberships acquired in 2024 will expire on 12/31/2024 regardless of the date purchased)

- You automatically are a 2025 member if you register for the 2025 OATCCC Track Clinic
- Please have your membership confirmed by March 1st to avoid rushing to have it completed on the day of the meet.
Declarations Process Explanation
- All declarations are made on the OHMileSplit meet registration page similar to entering athletes in a regular season meet. Do NOT import entries - skip this step. Only athletes and relay teams in the top 30 will be accepted. A pop-up window will appear rejecting any athletes or relays not in the top 30 once you try to submit them.
- Print your declaration lists to confirm your submissions. Computer and internet connection issues are not an excuse for omitting a declaration. Print and save your confirmation!
- To view and print save your declarations, click on MAKE PAYMENT then PRINT INVOICE. Do NOT pay the invoice until Sunday, March 2, 2025, when the final acceptance lists are posted.
- All declarations made that appear on the final acceptance lists to be posted on Sunday, March 2, 2025, are considered entered in the meet. The final entry fee invoice will reflect only those athletes and relays on the final acceptance lists. Payment must be made for all those on the final acceptance lists even if the athlete or relay chooses not to compete. The entry fee is due online at OHMileSplit by Thursday, March 6, 2025, by clicking on the View Registration button. Again, do not pay the invoice until Sunday after the final acceptance lists are posted. Cost per event is $15.00 per individual event & $25.00 per relay.

Important Payment Reminder: Payments are due online following the release of the final acceptance list. Payment must be received for all accepted entries whether or not your athlete/relay competes.
