Tickets:     Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students (plus fees for online tickets). Tickets can be

purchased through the link below or can be purchased with cash/ card at the gate.

 

Timing System -     This year we will be using Bolt Timing. Event will be on MileSplit.

Concessions -     There will be a concession stand available for fans and athletes

Locker Rooms -     No Locker Facilities will be available. Teams should set up under the HOME OR AWAY BLEACHERS. Athletes are to use the backstretch of the track for warm ups during early running events. The whole track will be available prior to the start of the meet. Athletes are to stay off of the Infield/ Football Field while other events are going on.

Buses -     Buses can drop off at the entrance to PHSC Stadium, then BACK IN to the gravel parking lot next to the entrance to the stadium. You can also park in the designated bus parking lot in front of Pickerington Central (see map). In the event of a thunder/lightning storm, your athletes should be moved to your bus for the duration of the storm for their safety.

Starting time:     8:45 AM - Coaches Meeting at Starting Line

                            9:00 AM - Boys High Jump, Girls Long Jump, Boys Shot Put, Girls Discus, Boys Pole Vault

                            9:45 AM - Running Events Start (except 4x800 Relay - starts 9:00 AM)

Medals/ Trophies:     Individual Medals - 1st - 3rd

                                    Team Trophies - 1st & 2nd
