Registration Information
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have issues with registration or with the final top 50 list, you MUST report the issue via the below linked form. Completing this form ensures we have a correct record of the issue reported and can investigate the issue, make any needed corrections and respond in a timely manner. We used this process last year and it worked great. Please do not complete the form multiple times for the same issue as that only slows down the process. Any issues sent via email and not through the form will not be responded to, all issues must be sent via the form
It is important that we focus on issues being reported by our member schools, therefore any communication from parents, spectators, or student athletes sent via email or through the form will not be responded to.

- The final top 50 performance list will be released at 10 am Monday, May 12
- Registration for the meet will open at 10:45 am Monday, May 12 and close at 7 am, Wed, May 14. Absolutely NO late entries will be accepted.
- Coaches of any athletes listed in the Top 50 rankings list must register their athletes for the meet using the "Register Online Now" button.
- Only the top 24 athletes registered (plus unbreakable ties) in the meet before the registration deadline will be accepted If your athlete is in the Top 50 and you want to participate, please make sure you register. The Top 24 who register plus ties will be taken.
- The accepted entry list will be made public by noon on May 14.
- Heat sheets will be made public on May 15.
