              9:50am - High School Girls JV (unlimited participants)

              10:30am - High School Boys  JV (unlimited participants)

              11:10am-  Middle School Varsity Girls -2 miles(10 athlete Max) 

              11:40am- Middle School Varsity Boys -2 miles (10 athlete Max)

              12:10pm- Middle School Open Girls-2 miles (Unlimited) 

              12:45pm- Middle School Open Boys-2 miles (Unlimited)

Entry Fee: 

High School Girls - $125 (Includes Varsity and JV)

High School Boys- $125  (Includes Varsity and JV)

Middle School Girls - $100

Middle School Boys- $100 

Individual Fee (Fewer than 5 Athletes) 

HS Boys  - $25 per individual

HS Girls - $25 per individual 

MS Boys - $20 per individual

MS Girls - $20 per individual 

TIMING / CONTRACTS - Finish Timing/Cant Stop Running (online entry, information, etc.) & Dragonfly (contracts)

Timing: 

Timing will be provided by Cant Stop Timing.  Online entries will be completed on milesplit, and live results will be posted on www.live.finishtiming.com ALL ENTRIES NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY

Team Packets: 

Coaches can pick up their team packets with: chips, bibs, course maps, racing schedule, and

important information in the Lightening Lounge located inside the stadium next to the finish line. 

Coaches Wristbands:  Wristbands will give you access to the football field during the races. You will have 4 in your packet if you need more please come to the Hospitality area and we will give you more. Please these are for coaches only. 

Course: 

The course starts outside of our stadium and is very spectator friendly. The course is composed of various types of terrain including hills, and woods in each mile. For the high school race, the mile and two mile are within 25 meters of each other. The race ends on the track for both high school and middle school races. Spikes will need to be 1/4 inch or less.

Team Camps: 

Team Camps can be outside the stadium near the start line in the designated area. You can also set up team camps inside the stadium in the blacktop area of the visitor stands, or underneath the homestands. No Camps in the Softball fields

Awards: 

Team Awards: Team Champion, and Runner up will receive a team trophy in the MS Races and Varsity Races

Individual Awards: Top 25 Individuals will earn medals in MS and Varsity Races. Top 10 in the High School JV Races

Individual awards will be given as they finish the race and team awards will be given out 20 minutes after each race. 

Coaches Hospitality:

There will be a Coaches Hospitality located in the Lightning Lounge provided by the Northmont Cross Country Boosters.

T-Shirts:

T-Shirts will be $15 and available outside the stadium near the team camps 

Concessions: 

There will be food, snacks and drinks available for purchase for athletes and spectators.

Parking: CASH ONLY $10 PER CARLOAD 

Parking will be on Northmont High School Campus and there will be a Parking Fee of $10 per car. Cash ONLY  as you pull into the parking lot. 

Bus Parking:

Buses will drop off athletes by the Varsity Softball field near the start line and then park in the Bus Parking lot between the High School and Middle School
