Course Description: Both the 5K and 3200-meter middle school courses are located on the campus of Thomas Worthington High School. It is one of the most historic cross country courses in the state.

The layout begins with a wide starting line that accommodates large fields of athletes. The course, on the banks of the mighty Olentangy, provides a challenging mix of rolling fields, shaded, tree-lined stretches, and open terrain.

One of the courses defining features is its spectator-friendly design-fans can easily move between key points along the course to cheer on athletes multiple times during the race. In the fall, the changing leaves provide a classic cross country atmosphere, adding to the tradition and excitement of the meet. Respected for its balance of speed and challenge, the Les Eisenhart Course has built a reputation as a proving ground for some of Ohios top high school runners and a stage for memorable races year after year.
