Entries &
Entry Procedure: All Entries will be made on line using www.milesplit.com. Directions on how to do this are included on the milesplit website. This is the only way entries will be accepted. We will try to accommodate "Day of Meet" entries; however the Meet Managers have sole discretion of the Day of Meet entries . If you have any questions on these procedures call Buzz Wallace at (740) 390-3739 for assistance.
Entry Fee:$10 per athlete $20 per relay $150 per girl's and $150 per boy's teams (15+ constitutes a team) $5.00 per athlete over the 15 allowed, $200 maximum per boys and girls team(s) Late Fees (Entries submitted after the meet deadline) Teams must pay an additional $15. Individuals must pay an additional $5 Coaches/individuals should pay their entry fee upon arrival at the clerk's desk, by the scorer's table, and receive up-to-date heat sheets. Admission Charge: There will be an admission charge of $6.00 per adult and $3.00 for High School Students, 60 and over and 10 and under are free.
Toan Indoor Track: Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio
Track: 200 meters with six lanes and eight sprint lanes. The surface is Mondo Super X and is 14 mm in depth. The American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) recognized the track as its 2006 Facility of the Year. Only 1/8 inch exposed pyramid spikes will be permitted on the track surface. NO PINS OR NEEDLES.
Long Jump: Distance from pit to the board is seven feet. Pit is 27 by 9. Runway is located in lane six of the backstretch. The approach is 190 feet.
High Jump:Located on the infield of the track. Spacious area. Mondo Court surface.
Pole Vault: Located on the infield of the track.
Shot Put: Events will be contested in the track infield. Wooden recessed circle, and throwing cage.
Timing System: All events will be timed By OnTheMark timing.
Starting Blocks: Starting blocks will be provided by Kenyon College.
