Johnston, who recently took 2nd place at the DII Ohio State Cross Country Championship, excels in the distance events on the track. He finished in the top 10 in the 1600m at each of the past two DII / DIII Ohio Indoor State Championships and he has an outdoor pr at the distance of 4:16.08. Johnston will compete for the University of Louisville next year.
