Mentor's Nick Kozlowski won the 1600m race with his time of 4:35.73.
The NEOITC series finished up its regular season with the Buckeye Division #3 meet on Thursday evening at the SPIRE Institute. The NEOITC All-Star meet, which brings qualified athletes from both the Erie and Buckeye Divisions together, will take place on Friday, February 16th.
