Tell us how your summer training is going?
We've recently added some new things to our training plan, which I am very excited about.
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
In the upcoming season I would like to beat my PR, help to lead my team to a successful season, and hopefully make it to the State Meet.
How long have you been running and how did you get started?
I've been running for seven years now. I started in the sixth grade just to do it for fun, and then in seventh grade I decided to go out for Cross Country and I've loved it ever since.

No.

Meadowbrook

Lancaster
What meet during the regular season do you put extra emphasize on to compete well at?
Typically, the meet that is leading up to OVAC's.
What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career?
The State Meet my freshman year.
Favorite cross country memory?
Making it to States my freshman year, getting the school record, and placing third.
When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?
My favorite thing to do when I am not running is to hang out with my friends and family.

No negative thoughts cross my mind on race day when I look into their eyes. I know that I am going to beat them.
