On the girl's side, Greenon posted a 25 point victory over runner-up Springfield-Northwestern by placing three girls in the top 10 and all five scorers in the top 15.
Kenton Ridge narrowly squeaked by Shawnee-Springfield, 52 to 53. Kenton Ridge was lead by freshman stud Brandon Townsend who ran 16:39.07 on this muddy course.

OH #3 North Canton Hoover easily handled OH #5 Dublin Scioto, winning by a whopping 58 points, 43-101. Individuall, Sarah Baker of Mount Vernon ran the ninth fastest time in the state this year over a 5k course by cruising to an 18:25 effort, five seconds ahead of Jessica Hoover of Hilliard Davidson, who's time of 18:30 is the 11th fastest time in the state this year.
OH #9 Pickerington North was able to hold off OH #11 Dublin Coffman, behind Daniel Garleb's (1st, 15:53) and Nick Hissrich's (3rd, 16:00) finishes.

OH #1 and US #9 Magnificat recorded a perfect score in the Division 1 Varsity race. Magnificat's top five athletes laid down a spread of just 49 seconds. While the perfect score and tight spread is impressive, another impressive feat is that that Magnificat's B team finished fifth overall in the Division 1 Varsity race, a race that included 19 teams.
On the boys side, #3 Medina captured the team title in the Division 1 Varsity race at their home meat by putting their first 5 runners in the top 12 to post a team score of 36. Medina's B team finished an impressive 4th overall in the 18 team race.

OVAC - Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Meet
D3 #6 St. John Central pulled of a mini upset at this early conference meet by beating the #6 team in D2, St. Clairsville. St. John Central posted a team score of 42 to St. Clairsville's 55 by putting their first five runners all in the top 15.
On the girl's side, Ohio D2 #3 St. Clairsville laid down a 29 in the team points to post a 105 point victory over the runner-up team Harrison Central. St. Clairsville's low score was due to the fact that their top runners went 1-4 in the championship race.

OH #2 Hudson posted a 17 point victory over OH #14 Brecksville-Broadview Heights, 45-62, in the Varsity Big School Division. In the individual race Stow-Munroe Falls' Katie Betts took home the gold by running a 18:35.1, while runner-up Deanna Gidby of Mayfield finished in 18:41.1 to earn MileSplit First Team Elite status.
D3 OH #1 Independence rolled to a team victory, scoring just 30 points by placing four in the top 10, while their fifth runner finished 12th. Independece was lead by the brothers Ryan and Kyle Polman who ran 16:20.8 and 16:41.7 respectively. Runner-up Archbishop Hoban scored a total of 64 team points.
