Midwestern Region: Girls Top 500 Rankings

With a great deal of out-of-state crossover at both Centerville Saturday Night Lights and Nike XC Town Twilight this evening, top individuals and teams from throughout the Midwest Region will be matching-up.

Note: With Illinois' tendency to more commonly contest the 3-mile distance their entries below are understandably much more scarce than would be expected from a top national XC state.
