Four school records were broken this past weekend at Marietta College: The women\'s 4 x 400 took home first place and reset their record to 4:15.42 (Erica Farmer, Megan Farmer, Bethany Gatewood, and Karachi Mbagwu), Joey Carroll bested his long jump school record to 21\'2.75\" only to lose it to Mike Farry with a later jump of 21\'5.5\" and the victory, Megan Farmer sprinted her way into the record books with a 44.30 in the 300 meter dash, and Brook Wilson became the first Concord Female athlete to clear a height in pole vault setting her school record at 8\'.
Pipestem, WV-Concord University\'s Men\'s Cross Country team looks to defend its WVIAC title this week as they host the 2005 WVIAC Cross Country Championships held at Pipestem State Park.
