Online Registration Instructions
Course Description: The Berlin XC course is a very spectator friendly 5,000 meter course. The course is flat, fast, and all grass course around the perimeter of Berlin High School. The course and miles will be well marked. Bib chip Timing.
Timing: RacePenguin will be providing live timing and we will use their app. Information will be sent to coaches to distribute to parents. They will be able to live track their athlete and get text notifications at the mile, 2 mile, and ~800 meters to go marks of the 5k course (just mile mark for 2 mile). More info to come!!! Download the Race Penguin App to access live timing and athlete tracking! PDF of team scores will be uploaded to the app immediately after the race. You can also utilize RacePenguins website for scores/results.

Restrooms: Available in the stadium! We will have 5 Rent-A-Johns by the start line for runners as well.
Food Trucks:
PR GONG - There our PR Gong will be placed to the side of the main shed for athletes to celebrate their new personal bests!
Meet Shirts:
Youth Race (Grade 3-6)- If you have youth runners in your community, please let them know about our youth 2 mile event. Entry Fee: $10. Great opportunity to get a 2 mile race before the youth state meet. Entries on are on the MileSplit calendar under Bear Den Dash Grades 3-6 Race.

11:00am: Girls Open (unlimited) - Top 20 get medals
11:40am: Boys Open 9/10 (unlimited)- Top 10 get medals
12:20pm: Boys Open 11/12 (unlimited) - Top 10 get medals
1:00pm: Girls Middle School Race (unlimited entries) - Top 20 get medals (Plaque Top 2 Teams)
1:30pm: Boys Middle School Race (unlimited entries) - Top 20 get medals (Plaque Top 2 Teams)
2:00pm: Girls All-Olentangy Middle School Cross Country Championships
2:30pm: Boys All-Olentangy Middle School Cross Country Championships
3:00pm: Grade 3-6 Race (2 miles) - Top 20 Boys and Top 20 Girls get medals
Individual Awards: We will have custom diecast medals of our trademarked bear logo below!
Team Awards: We will have custom team plaques for the 1st and 2nd place teams in the varsity race!
Team Tents- All team tents will be set up between the baseball and softball diamonds. Please do not set up anywhere else due to the irrigation system on our practice fields. You may also use the grass space next to the school building as the space between the diamonds can become crowded with the addition of more teams.
Pets- Please tell parents there are no pets allowed on the OBHS XC course unless it is a service animal.
Entry Fee:$125 per High School Team ($250 for boys and girls teams). $75 per Middle School Team ($150 for boys and girls team). Please make sure your athletic department has paid the entry fee before arriving. All contracts through Dragonfly.

Please remind athletes to stay away from the finish line or leave their bibs at team camp when not racing. This can impact race results and we want to avoid any issues.
Bib Timing- Please only enter athletes that are going to compete in the event to help keep costs down.
