Bus Drop Off Directions and Map - Overflow parking will be at Berlin Middle School (2500 Piatt Rd, Delaware, OH 43015). We ask that overflow bus parking uses the parking lot behind Berlin Middle School as there are portable restrooms by the stadium.

Course Description: The Berlin XC course is a very spectator friendly 5,000 meter course. The course is flat, fast, and all grass course around the perimeter of Berlin High School. The course and miles will be well marked. Bib chip Timing.

Timing: RacePenguin will be providing live timing and we will use their app. Information will be sent to coaches to distribute to parents. They will be able to live track their athlete and get text notifications at the mile, 2 mile, and ~800 meters to go marks of the 5k course (just mile mark for 2 mile). PDF of team scores will be uploaded to the app immediately after the race. You can also utilize RacePenguins website for scores/results.

-Prohibited items - Our head official would like to remind coaches that there should be no wheeled transportation (bikes) for coaches on the course.

Admission: Adults - $10, Students and Seniors - $8.00

Restrooms: Available in the stadium! We will have 5 Rent-A-Johns by the start line for runners as well.

Food Trucks: These will be located in the parking lot next to the cross country course

PR GONG - There our PR Gong will be placed to the side of the main shed for athletes to celebrate their new personal bests!

11:00am - Girls Open Race #1 (15 athletes only) - Top 15 get medals

11:30pm - Boys Open Race #1 (15 athletes only) - Top 15 get medals

12:00pm - Girls Open Race #2 (15 athletes only) - Top 15 get medals

12:30pm - Boys Open Race #2 (15 athletes only) - Top 15 get medals

Individual Awards: We will have custom diecast medals of our trademarked bear logo below!

Team Awards: We will have custom team plaques for the 1st and 2nd place teams in the varsity race!

Team Tents- All team tents will be set up along the parking lot with bus parking. We are asking teams to set up camp on the parking lot side of the gravel line. Please do not set up anywhere else due to the irrigation system on our practice fields.

Pets- Please tell parents there are no pets allowed on the OBHS XC course unless it is a service animal.

Entry Fee:$125 per High School Team ($250 for boys and girls teams). $75 per Middle School Team ($150 for boys and girls team). Please make sure your athletic department has paid the entry fee before arriving. All contracts through Dragonfly.

Please remind athletes to stay away from the finish line or leave their bibs at team camp when not racing. This can impact race results and we want to avoid any issues.

Bib Timing- Please only enter athletes that are going to compete in the event to help keep costs down.
