Meet Information
Dear Athletic Directors and Coaches,
We are pleased that you will be attending the 6th Annual Bay Rockets Invitational. The
event will be held at Bay Memorial Stadium on Saturday, April 13, 2024. The meet will begin
at 10am with the field events and 10:30am with running events. The entry fee for the meet
will be $300 per school. We would prefer that the entry fee be paid prior to the day of the
meet. If this is not possible, please communicate this to us. Please make checks out to Bay
High School.
Entries will be made on MileSplit OH under Bay Rockets Invitational at
https://oh.milesplit.com/meets/602520/registration. You can begin entering your team
on Saturday, April 1, 2024. The window closes on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 8pm.
Substitutions and scratches will take place when you arrive to the meet (all athletes must be on the your MileSplit roster). You will be
allowed 2 entries per event. You may enter only 1 relay team.
The schools participating are Avon, Bay, Chardon, Lakewood, Lutheran West, Magnificat,
Normandy, North Olmsted, Padua, St. Joseph Academy, St. Edward, and Westlake. Please
instruct your buses to drop off the teams in front of Bay Memorial Stadium. Once they
drop off the athletes, they can circle back around in the parking lot and line up parallel to the
sidewalk running from Bay High School to the stadium. Do not take up parking spots from
spectators. Packets will be available in the pavilion as you enter the stadium.
