Reminder for 2026!

  • Four School Divisions! Find your school's division HERE

  • Divisions 1 & 2 compete on Friday, March 6, 2026

  • Divisions 3, 4, and Seated Athletes compete on Saturday, March 7, 2025

  • The top 16 declared athletes in each event from the top 30 performance lists in each Division qualify for the State Meet in their Division

  • The Seated division does not have performance qualification standards - enter directly on the Seated MileSplit Meet page. The athlete must be a member of a verified team.

  • Meet day schedules HERE

  • Races 200m and longer performed on a 200m track flat track are converted to times as though they were performed on a banked or 300m track shown only on officially posted performance lists on MileSplit (not on the drop-down rankings or on an athletes profile)

Deadlines & Dates to Know

  • Team Verification Window: 12/1/2025 - 2/15/2026 Verification must be completed by Athletic Director

  • Registration Window: 2/26/2026 12noon - 2/27/2026 11:59pm. No registrations accepted after 2/27/2026. Print your registration lists to confirm your submissions. Computer and internet connection issues are not an excuse for omitting a registration. Print and save your confirmation!

  • Scratch Window: The online scratch period opens on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 12:01AM (1 minute after midnight on Saturday) and closes on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 12:00NOON. The scratch period is only 12 hours long.  It ends on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 12noon.  No substitutions from the same team can be made. Scratching an entry allows the next declared entry in that event to move up into the final acceptance list for that event automatically.  This is not the next declared entry on the team scratching, but the next declared entry from any team in that same event.  Once a scratch has been submitted, it cannot be undone.   • Final Acceptance Lists Posted: 3/2/2026. Final Acceptance Lists Posted on the meet pages for each division on OHMileSplit.com under the ENTRIES tab.

  • Entry Fees: $15.00 per individual event. Entry fees are due by Thursday, March 5th at 12noon. Entry fees must be paid starting Monday, March 2, 2026. Entry fees must be paid online on OHMileSplit.com Do NOT pay until Monday, March 2nd when the Final Acceptance Lists are posted.  Click on the red REGISTRATION CLOSED - VIEW YOUR ENTRIES button then view your invoice to submit payment - the full invoice must be paid even if an athlete decides to not compete after being accepted into the meet. 

Teams Must Be Verified by the School's Athletic Director

  • Only a school's AD can verify that a team is sponsored by the school district. 

  • On 12/1/2025, an email will be sent to every AD in Ohio with an Outdoor Track & Field team recognized by the OHSAA.  A unique link to complete an online Verification Agreement Form will be in the email sent to the AD.

  • If your AD did not receive this email, please have them contact the Indoor State Meet Chair, Anjanette Whitman awhitman@oatccc.com

Meet Day Logistics

  • Meet Location: SPIRE address: 5201 SPIRE Circle, Geneva, OH (Track & Field building is at the far East end of the property)

  • Arrival Time: Doors open at 7:30am. Coaches & athletes enter at the North Entrance - coaches enter first to get coach & athlete credentials.  Spectators enter at the South Entrance.  Spectators are encouraged to purchase their online tickets before arriving to save time and use stronger internet service at home.  No cash ticket sales.

  • Free Entry for Coaches: Every coach who is an OATCCC member receives free entry into the meet. Coaches must be and coach in designated areas with proper credentials.  Failure to comply will result in removal.

  • Athlete Entry Passes: Every athlete entered in the meet except for alternates to relays receives free entry.  Each relay team will receive one additional athlete pass for an alternate.

  • Field Event Coaching Passes: Each team gets ONE on-field coaching pass per field event per gender of a team. (Example: 1 HJ girl, 2 SP boys = 2 on-field coaching passes). Only coaches with on-field coaching passes are permitted in the competition area. Once the field event concludes, coaches must exit the area.  Only shot put and weight throw coaches are permitted on the infield during their athlete's competition.

  • Team Camps: Team camps in the banquet area only - no team camps in the spectator stands

  • Event Check-In Procedures: Field event athletes check-in directly at their field event site at least 30 minutes before the start of the event. Runners check-in 1 hour before their event at the check-in tables, then return 15 minutes before their event for final instructions and to be directed to the starting line or relay exchange zone.

  • Safety: Athletes cannot have any electronic devices in the competition area including phones, earbuds, headphones, etc.  This is a safety issue.  They will be removed from the competition area.  Please respect this important rule and the people who enforce it.

All Coaches must be Members of the OATCCC

  • In order to enter the 2025 Indoor State Meet as an official coach of a competing athlete, the coach must be a member of the OATCCC.

  • OATCCC membership is good for ONE CALENDAR YEAR 1/1/2026-12/31/2026.  You must join as a member anytime starting 1/1/2025.  (Memberships acquired in 2025 will expire on 12/31/2026 regardless of the date purchased)

  • Please have your membership confirmed by March 1st to avoid rushing to have it completed on the day of the meet.

Registration Process Explanation

  • All registrations are made on the OHMileSplit meet registration page similar to entering athletes in a regular season meet. Do NOT import entries - skip this step. 

  • Print your registration lists to confirm your submissions. Computer and internet connection issues are not an excuse for omitting a declaration. Print and save your confirmation!

  • To view and print save your registration, click on MAKE PAYMENT then PRINT INVOICE. Do NOT pay the invoice until Monday, March 2, 2026, when the final acceptance lists are posted.

  • All registrations that appear on the final acceptance lists to be posted on Monday, March 2, 2026, are considered entered in the meet. The final entry fee invoice will reflect only those athletes and relays on the final acceptance lists. Payment must be made for all those on the final acceptance lists even if the athlete or relay chooses not to compete. The entry fee is due online at OHMileSplit by Thursday, March 5, 2025, by clicking on the View Registration button. Again, do not pay the invoice until Monday after the final acceptance lists are posted.  Cost per event is $15.00 per individual event.

Important Payment Reminder: 

  • Payments are due online following the release of the final acceptance list. Payment must be received for all accepted entries whether or not your athlete/relay competes. Revisit the registration page after the final entries have been published to make payment for your accepted athletes - click on Print/View Invoice to generate an invoice. $15.00 per individual event.
