Northmont High School/Middle School Campus: 4916 W. National Rd, Clayton, OH 45315.
Race Schedule: Schedule subject to change based on entries.
8:30am- High School Girls Varsity (10 athlete Max)
9:10am- High School Boys Varsity (10 athlete Max)
9:50am - High School Girls JV (unlimited participants)
10:30am - High School Boys JV (unlimited participants)
11:10am- Middle School Girls -2 miles (run all)
11:40am- Middle School Boys -2 miles (run all)
ADDITIONAL Middle School races will be added if needed

Entry Fee:
High School Girls - $150 (Includes Varsity and JV)
High School Boys- $150 (Includes Varsity and JV)
Middle School Girls - $125
Middle School Boys- $125
Individual Fee (Fewer than 5 Athletes)
HS Boys - $25 per individual
HS Girls - $25 per individual
MS Boys - $20 per individual
MS Girls - $20 per individual
TIMING / CONTRACTS - Finish Timing/Cant Stop Running (online entry, information, etc.) & Dragonfly (contracts)
Timing:
Timing will be provided by Can't Stop Timing. Online entries will be completed on athletic.net, and live results will be posted on www.live.finishtiming.com ALL ENTRIES NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY

Team Packets:
Coaches can pick up their team packets with: chips, bibs, course maps, racing schedule, and
important information in the Lightning Lounge located inside the stadium next to the finish line.
Coaches Wristbands: Wristbands will give you access to the football field during the races. You will have 4 in your packet if you need more please come to the Hospitality area and we will give you more. Please these are for coaches only.
Course:
The course starts outside of our stadium and is very spectator friendly. The course is composed of various types of terrain including hills, and woods in each mile. For the high school race, the mile and two mile are within 25 meters of each other. The race ends on the track for both high school and middle school races. Spikes will need to be 1/4 inch or less.

Team Camps:
Team Camps can be outside the stadium near the start line in the designated area. You can also set up team camps inside the stadium in the blacktop area of the visitor stands, or underneath the homestands. No Camps in the Softball fields
Awards:
Team Awards: Team Champion, and Runner up will receive a team trophy in the HS and MS Varsity Races
Individual Awards: Top 20 Individuals will earn medals in HS and MS Varsity Races. Top 10 in the High School JV Races
Individual awards and Team Trophies will be available 20 minutes after each race. Coaches and athletes can pick up Individual awards and Team Trophies at the awards tent. This tent will be set up next to the T-Shirt Tent just outside the stadium by the gate where athletes exit the finish line
Coaches Hospitality:
There will be a Coaches Hospitality located in the Lightning Lounge provided by the Northmont Cross Country Boosters.
T-Shirts:
T-Shirts will be $15 and available outside the stadium near the team camps
Concessions:
There will be food, snacks and drinks available for purchase for athletes and spectators.
Parking: CASH ONLY $10 PER CARLOAD (day of the meet)
Parking will be on Northmont High School Campus and there will be a Parking Fee of $10 per car. Cash ONLY as you pull into the parking lot.
Bus Parking:
Buses will drop off athletes by the Varsity Softball field near the start line and then park in the Bus Parking lot between the High School and Middle School
