The Mason Invitational will be at Corwin Nixon/Pine Hill Park on Mason-Montgomery Rd. near Mason High School.
We must have your contract for you to be able to compete.
Any team failing to correctly register on www.finishtiming.com within the entry window will be denied participation on race day. Entry Deadline at finishtiming.com: Sept 8th at 9pm
This applies to all high school and junior high teams.
Teams who have not registered at finishtiming.com will not be permitted to participate on race day.
Please share this information with all high school and middle school coaches.
Note the schedule is slightly different. JH races are 15 minutes later than originally scheduled.

9:00High School Girls Section I Varsity (Bigger Schools) run 10 score 5
9:35High School Girls Section II Varsity (Smaller Schools) run 10 score 5
10:15High School Girls Reserves
11:00High School Boys Section I Varsity (Bigger Schools) run 10 score 5
11:30High School Boys Section II Varsity (Smaller Schools) run 10 score 5
12:00High School Boys Reserves A Freshmen and Sophomores only
12:30High School Boys Reserves B Juniors and Seniors only
1:00Junior High Girls Team run 10 score 5
1:30Junior High Girls Reserves
2:00Junior High Boys Team run 10 score 5
2:30Junior High Boys Reserves
Schools may enter one team in the varsity races. All other runners in reserve sections please. Schools will be charged for each team entered.
Division 1 teams will run in the large school race.
Division 2 and 3 teams will have the option to run in the large school or small school race. Please choose the race you will fit in the best.
Please note: Our time schedule is very tight. If you have athletes who can not complete the course in the given amount of time, please do not enter them. Due to the configuration of the course, all runners must finish before the next race can start.
Concessions and packets near the finish line. Concessions and packets near the finish line. T-shirts for sale $10 and $12.Orders for DVDs of all high school races will be taken at the t-shirt tent.

Directions: Coming from the north on Mason Montgomery Road, use the entrance near the municipal building. Turn left on Foxfield Dr. (You will see the Municipal Center on the east side of Mason Montgomery and a cemetery on the west side). Follow the road behind the school.
Coming from the south on Mason Montgomery Road, use the park entrance road just past the baseball field. Turn right.
Buses will unload near the start and then park in the bus circle between the course and the high school. Parking is limited so please ask fans to car pool.
