Dear Athletic Director and Track Coaches:
We are excited to be your host for the 2026 Orrville Track Invitational. Enclosed is the information you and your coaches will need for the event. The meet will beSaturday April 18, 2026. We will begin with a coachs meeting at 10:00am. The meet will begin at 10:30 with field events.
Several Notes:
We will be using MileSplit for this event.
Password: OrrInvite2026
Registration Opens: April 11th, at 12:00am
Registration Closes: April 17th at 9:00am
Please enter the entire roster to MileSplit, not just the kids running at the Orrville Invite. This will help with replacements in the computer the day of the event.
Team Drop Off will be at the North Gate of the Stadium (enter stadium off of Mineral Springs - See Map)
Bus parking will be at Orrville Elementary (Northeast of Stadium across Mineral Springs - See Map)
We will take scratches/substitutions the day of the meet. However, we will NOT re-draw any events.
Starting Heights in both PV and HJ will be determined by the games committee once all entries are in and will be announced at the coaches meeting.
1/8 or 1/4 inch spikes will be allowed for participants.
Implements will be weighed.
Awards should be picked up in the press box a few minutes after the meet.

(Followed by the reverse)
12:00 Running Events: ALL EVENTS WILL BE RUN AS A TIMED FINAL
All events in normal order
*Scoring 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. (8 Places)
*Relays 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1. (7 Places)
The entry fee is $150.00 per team ($300 total). If you have not paid, invoices will be sent after the event.
