-Tell us how your summer training is going? 

Summer trainning is going very well. I am doing 70 miles a week and it is all base training.


-What are your goals for the upcoming season?

Top 2 in the State, Run 15:15 or faster, and qualify for either Nike Nationals or Foot Locker.


-How long have you been running and how did you get started?

5 years and I got started thru middle school cross country when I went to Glenoak before Transferring to Aquinas.


-Will you be competing anywhere out of state this season?

I hope to compete in both Foot Locker and Nike.


-What is your favorite course to run in Ohio? 

Boardman Invitational because it is always a hyped up race and the last 100 meters people line up all over to watch the finish.


-What is the toughest course to run in Ohio?

Malone Invitational because it feels like you are running up hill more than anything else.


-What meet during the regular season do you put extra emphasize on to compete well at? 

I usually really look forward to Boardman Invitational because it is a Regional preview for me.


-What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career?

State Meet my Freshman year because It was my first taste of a State Meet and I went out really fast and was with the leaders for the first 400 meters before falling way back. Also because our team was predicted to get 7th but we got 2nd and got to be on the podium in front of all the people at Scioto Downs.


-Favorite cross country memory?

Last year taking 5th in the State and setting a personnel best while having mono.


-When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?

Pretty much any other sport.

-What's on your Ipod when you go out for runs?

I don't listen to music when I run.


-What professional athlete would you most like to meet?

Meb Keflezighi because he is a great runner and a great inspiration to all runners. Also, I want to know if he really runs in Sketchers.
