As the calendar page turned to February, we really saw the 2020 season heat up over the weekend with a barrage of state-leading marks and nationally relevant performances achieved in both the track and the field events.
Similar to what we were expecting, top level competition took place on all corners of the state with notable highlights coming from the largest invitationals on the docket, the Ohio Preview Championship Meet and the OSU Buckeye Qualifier #3. Plus, over at Baldwin Wallace, the second best high jump clearance of the current campaign was produced by Willoughby South senior, Katherine Mendenhall (5-6).
