We're pleased to announce that we'll be working with Roland Hopkins, who oversees the site Illinois XC Speed Ratings, again this season.
Similar to cross country last fall, speed ratings will be a regular staple with our content offerings for MileSplit Ohio's featured weekend meet coverages.
Beyond results and rankings, speed ratings provide another layer of insight when reviewing athletes' performances. Regularly referenced by our network's affiliate sites in California, Texas, Florida and, particularly, New York, our goal is to provide followers of Ohio high school XC an additional resource to help interpret running data.
