Jumping to Gold

Heading over to the jump pits, Gahanna Lincoln's Daisha Decree had quite a day for herself, winning both the Long Jump and Triple Jump.

Throughout this season, the senior has gone nearly undefeated in both events, putting up marks that both settled her in the Top-3 of the Ohio rankings, and Top-100 in the entire country.

In the triple jump, she won with a mark and new personal best of 37-7.50, which was narrowly ahead of runner-up Augustine Davis' 37-7 performance.

Over in long jump, Daisha sealed the deal on her 3rd attempt, jumping and marking 18-7 for the gold, which was just shy off her personal best of 18-8.
