Roster Updates Deadline
All roster updates MUST BE emailed to the timing manager, Mike Chatfield (firstname.lastname@example.org) , NO LATER than 5 PM on Tuesday, October 17.
This is a "Hard Deadline"! No changes will be permitted to a team
roster after this time. If a runner is unable to attend the meet, you can communicate that with the timing manager and clerk on the day of the meet.
However, scratching a runner after the October 17 deadline will not permit you the ability to swap them out for another runner.
These "roster updates" are ONLY for those teams that had completed their registration PRIOR to the Registration Deadline of October 12th.
