Alternates: Coaches of advancing TEAMs must submit their list of alternates using the linked form by Friday, October 31 at noon. Only alternates with a bib will receive course access; they only receive a bib if the coach completes the form. The form can be found by clicking HERE.

Substitutions/Corrections: While changes for qualifying TEAMs will be accepted throughout the week, only changes submitted

following the directions provided in the advancement email by Monday, October 27 at 2pm will be included in the souvenir program. Substitutions after that time will be accepted via an online substitution form ONLY until noon on Friday, November 1; no substitutions or changes sent via email, text, or phone call will be made. Substitutions after noon on Friday MUST be made by completing the substitution form that is available at the timing van or packet pickup and turning it in to the timing van at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the race. It must then be taken to the clerk before the athletes may check in. Substitutions within 30 minutes of the start of the race will not be accepted. All changes made using the change form will not be reflected on MileSplit until the results are posted. The form can be found by clicking HERE.
